What's the problem with having a stay at home parent? I work from home occasionally, and my kids know that when our nanny is in the house, Mom is working and the nanny is in charge. They go to her for everything when I'm here, and if they ask me for something, I tell them Nanny is in charge, go ask her.
Ok we aren’t talking about an occasional work from home parents here. Your kids are obviously used to your nanny more and therefor likely not going to throw a fit every time they hear you squirm in he house. I am glad to see more nannies saving their sanity and staying away from these types of working conditions. I don’t understand why they won’t let the mother watch the child full time or take him to a daycare????? No place for a nanny there.
