Actually, no she can't - not legally to an employee.  "Your house - your rules" works with guests but not employees.  Labor laws still apply.

Again, actually - no.  You cannot be fired for anything.  You cannot be fired for denying sex or refusing to break the law, etc.  Again, I have no clue where OTC medication is on this list but "your house - your rules" is not applicable to a nanny situation or any domestic employee.  [/quote]
