Oh, God - shut up!  You haven't got a clue.  WELLNESS VISITS ARE WHEN YOU GET VACCINES.  Do you think the child is getting her vaccines in the mail?  And do you think that a nanny doesn't know when her charge has been vaccinated?!

NO here and you were way over the top in your first post, PP.  Wellness visits under two-years-old include vaccines.  I am an MB and your "MYOB" comment is inflammatory and unnecessary.  The nanny clearly cares about her charge.
