My mom has begged to watch my kids. For various reasons, this is a no go. Furthermore, my contract with my nanny states 30 days. I had to let our first nanny go on the spot and despite my contract stating that if the nanny was fired for cause, she would only get 2 weeks pay, i paid her the 30 days that is stipulated for a nanny that has to be let go for reasons outside her control.[/quote]
