We got really lucky with the en suite set-up here - it was definitely designed with nanny/in-laws in mind![/quote] $7/hr for 3 kids? OP, are you eligible to hire a G4 nanny? That is an insanely low rate and involves very special circumstances. No American nanny, or even immigrant nanny with the right to legally work, will take such a low wage.[/quote]
