I will also say that paying more does not always get you the best nanny.[/quote] No paying more doesn't always get you the best nanny - just most of the time. Pretty much like any field. You pay for education and experience and fantastic references. If you don't pay what the great nannies are asking for, someone else will. It is just the market. [/quote]
