Since you are a lawyer I need some help.

I work 3 days a week (12 days) a month and get paid monthly. I am going on vacation on the first week of June. Just for a week (paid vacation). 
MB is going to train my substitute for 3 days. My MB said she will deducted my June salary (total amount of 3 days) and pay that potion to my substitute.

Can she do that?

I'm not the lawyer pp but no she can't do that. If your vacation is paid you get that money. What she does as care replacement, training or not is not your problem. If your vacation was unpaid, she still can't deduct any more money from you. [/quote]
