I employ a nanny in Bethesda to watch my kids while my husband and I work. I am not a nanny myself. I don't think my friend (the nanny) can quit because, as least if I understand her correctly, this couple is working with an immigration attorney to try to sponsor her. (Otherwise she has a limited visa, but she is in the U.S. legally.)[/quote]
