I just fundamentally disagree. We live on the Hill. It's exactly the sort of place you describe. It would still be incredibly weird for me to require our nanny to find playdates. I guarantee you that most nannies don't have "finding playdates" in their required job descriptions. At most, it's something mentioned as a "it would be great if..." If it was SO easy to find playdates, you'd find them yourself. You yourself mentioned that you work PT.[/quote]
