It's exactly the sort of place you describe. It would still be incredibly weird for me to require our nanny to find playdates. I guarantee you that most nannies don't have "finding playdates" in their required job descriptions. At most, it's something mentioned as a "it would be great if..." If it was SO easy to find playdates, you'd find them yourself. You yourself mentioned that you work PT.[/quote]
