My LCC limits her cluster to about 15 -20 families and our cluster rematch rate is apparently 12% (her words), so that's maybe 3 rematches per year. Aside from that, she needs to do an in-home visit with new and returning families, meet the new APs after arrival, run the monthly AP meeting, send a monthly newsletter, and make a monthly contact with the families (ours was by text or email). I am sure there is also some other admin stuff to do with the agency. All in all, I bet you it can probably done on average in under 5hrs per week (again depending on number of families you want to service, and how easy the families/au pairs are in your cluster...).[/quote]
