Well, you can't do that by sitting at home and thinking about it. You have to either talk the boss about your concerns (you clearly don't want to ruffle those feathers), talk to the nanny and see if she needs your help (you don't want to do that either), or find some third party to intervene (do some Googling, call CASA de Maryland, or continue to do nothing).

There is no magic here. No way to help the nanny without potentially pissing off your neighbor.[/quote]
