What are you wanting the family to do? I'm assuming the nanny gets it tax free in cash. If she were to work at a store or another place, that's probably all she'd make. If you call a lawyer or advocacy group, you risk her losing her job. That's pretty gross to have her fired when you are not offering to hire her or find her a new job.
