+1  I've seen thus survey, too.

$19 for two kids was before taxes.

So $19 at 50% range meant you would be paying the average pay in the neighborhood.  75% meant that the rate was higher than 75% of the others.  So, in other words, if you paid $20 per hour before taxes, you'd be paying more than about 75% of your neighbors here. [/quote]
