Former My Gym worker here.  Sure, the babies don't need those classes, but a lot of the adults who took them – a combination of grandparents parents, nannies, Etc- really enjoyed it. We also talked them stretching moves they could do at home which they liked referencing, and just a social nature of it.

I do think the classes get great for the kids starting at 10 or 11 months,  and especially when they're walking around. It's something nice to do and a lot of these places have free play times as well, although they're not always the most conveniently scheduled. 0P, if you think you might be interested, there are often a lot of deals in the summertime – it might be worth calling. You can always get a free class. Although that one starts at six months.

I know I probably seem like I'm advertising for them – I'm not, I have a northern years, but I do think it was a great program and many families and kids were so happy to come. Best of luck to you[/quote]
