I also wonder if I[b] should write them that I'm no longer interested[/b] due to lack of communication on their part. What would you do?[/quote]

Look at what I made bold from your OP. Do you see how often you contradict yourself? 
You say over and over that you aren't interested. Let it go. Don't write any more. Don't reach out. Let it go and move on.

You did check and sent thank you message, then reached out again asking for her email and to say you'd get license renewed.

She edited her ad. She hasn't reached out to you.

She did not reply. 
And now you want to reach out again?! She's probably about to block your number. I would.
