In this case, yes it's complicated and has to do with ours I need to complete the certification. If I could no longer use them as a reference for the certification process, I would need to do those hours over again with a different outside of my regular work hours, which would take me a long time and cost a lot of stress. It would also cost me money because I would probably have to do  The additional certification hours at a lower rate then my face right because I only have limited times to offer to outside families, and I would be turning down overtime pay with my regular job.   It's complicated, but yes in this situation I would absolutely pay $3000 to keep  this particular reference. [/quote]
