That's 92k a year salary. Why would 3 families each pay $10 per child to be in a 3 kid share? They can get it in a 2 kid share. If 2 families are involved, again why would anyone with 2 kids deal with a 3 kid share? They can find a nanny that caters just to them at $20/hr. [/quote]

I've had parents pay me "more" because they said they wanted me. But you believe all care is equal, so you wouldn't understand the parents who choose to pay me more. They get how much early environment matters in the long run.[/quote]
I'm sure you're awesome but you are not the only awesome nanny on the market. In my opinion, a share with 3 kids is too crowded to get real benefits of nanny care. So paying a premium for that form of care is not rational.[/quote]
