I would agree with this one, remember [b]people seeking nannies can get over 20 apps a day [/b]so your first line is the most important. You want to grab attention, make it about the job you would do for their family, " my goal is to make your home life easier." Your last sentence may also sound a bit passive aggressive, again remember don't make it about you.

This is so true. Live in DC or nearby and post an ad and you will have 100 apps from people with questionable legal status and people with minimal experience within 2-3 days. You have one or two sentences to grab attention and convince them to read the rest of your app. It should go without saying that if you don't have a picture you need one ASAP. If you can add 3-5 more pictures too it adds a ton of value to your profile.[/quote]
