I think a nanny share would be tough if there were two fussy babies or one extremely high-needs baby.  But I think in most cases it ends up being one mellower baby and one fussy baby, so it works out.  Not that the mellow one gets neglected, but that there is enough flexibility to keep the fussy one relatively happy. [/quote]
