Yes there are bout 10 minutes in the morning between the time I leave and the 9 year old goes to the bus stop that anything can and does happen. And there are snow and teacher work days.

One of the reason that I think your rate per he might be is higher is that you are providing fewer than 40 hours. So you might ask prospective candidates whether they normally have something to occupy mornings and/or ballpark weekly amour that they are looking for. [/quote]
