[/quote] No matter how great your nanny is, it's a risk to allow her to bring her child to work at any time. If the child is injured while in your home, you will be liable. There is absolutely no advantages to allowing your nanny to bring her child to work. None. Of course, it's advantageous for your nanny. Free child care and no responsibility for the child's safety. If you chose to allow your nanny to bring her child to work, up your insurance and treat it like a nanny share.[/quote]
