I don't want to think about how many times I'm ready to interview, with a set of questions and a notepad to record answers, all of the pertinent reference information, background check/driving record and resume, and a list of references for discipline, parenting styles and other relevant topics. More than 75% of the parents seem disorganized, don't know what their needs are and don't want to answer questions or don't have answers. It's incredibly frustrating![/quote]
