I have hired many nannies since my children were born and there is nothing worse than thinking you have an awesome nanny because she wowed you for a month or two and then finding out she has become totally lazy and useless. That is why I hide nanny cams although I tell them about 1 in plain sight. I just love seeing them go into a "unmonitored" area or rarely used room to talk on the phone or play games, etc. I fire them immediately.[/quote]
