Due to you eavesdropping on a conversation of hispanic nannies (please learn that not all hispanics are latinas) you assume that all of them lie about getting a flu shot. Blatant stupidity if you ask me. OP, if she agreed to get the flu shot then I suggest you press the matter as that was part of the contractual agreement when she agreed to take the position. However, keep in mind that she may want to be reimbursed (if you do not pay for health insurance) and need a few hours off to do so. I do not see nothing wrong with her wanting to go to her primary care provider for the vaccine especially if that is what she is comfortable with.[/quote]
