Well I'll be the first to say my charge sleeps about 2 and a half hours in the morning, and about 2 hrs in the afternoon and when she sleeps I sleep as well. My MB is aware of this, and has no issue with it. She prefers that I'm recharged when my charge is awake. Personally if a family had a problem with it and expected me to work every minute of the day I'd run and not look back. Honestly if you were a SAHM would you still keep busy or rest when your child finally slept?
If I was paying someone $50k a year actually I would have high expectations for childcare and household management (ie. Work done and quality of work).
And if I were making 50k a year then yes but I'm not.
You need to sleep for FOUR hours during the day?!?!? Go to a doctor, there is something very physically wrong with you. Seriously.
I agree - there is something very wrong with you and OP. Are you obese? Have you had your blood pressure checked? What you are doing is extremely unhealthy and a bad sign.
Excessive need for sleep would have nothing to do with obesity or blood pressure. So, while I agree that there is a medical issue, you, PP, have no clue what you are talking about.
NP here and you are wrong. Both very low blood pressure or obesity could cause lethargy and the need for excess sleep. Obesity leads to sleep apnea which robs the obese person of needed sleep at night thus making her need more sleep during the day. Look it up.
