We are also offering a lot of benefits. All meals on us, a metro card, access to our home gym and sauna while baby naps, new car for her to utilize on the job. We are offering $18 per hour net w/ 10 hours OT at $25 - $845 net per week. 3 weeks pays vacation, paid holidays, and 5 sick/personal days.

You're fine. There's one person here who always asks "where did you find her?" any time anyone has a complaint about their nanny. Just keep looking. You're right to note the wildly inappropriate for an interview clothes. Your compensation package and salary are totally fine. You're offering more than I offered when I was first hiring a nanny.[/quote]
