Second, we have very little recourse for setting boundaries with an unreasonable employer. My employer could demand a 6 course meal for dinner tonight, I say no as I should, and tomorrow I'm unemployed, down a reference, and they're doing everything they can to block unemployment. Sometimes we have no realistic option aside from saying "yes (for now)". How about employers try be conscientious of the power dynamic and try not to be abusive with it. [/quote]
