[/quote] +1 I am an MB and I do know this to be true in many cases - especially with part-time nannies in our neighborhood. The MBs decide it is costing more they can afford or realize that they aren't seeing enough of their children. In one case I know of a mother who changed her mind about a full time nanny when she realized how attached her kids were getting to the nanny. This does need to me taken into consideration, MBs. Nannies stop looking for work when they accept your position and need to start all over again after you realize it was not what you wanted. Severance/reparation is due. Let's be fair here. [/quote]
