It's a big deal because to avoid taking something away from my nanny it would need to be on top of the vacation time I already offer. If the Bill were a PTO bill it would not be as big an issue; since it's just a sick leave bill it's WAY more generous in one area, while not seeming to credit employers who already offer PTO/vacation.
