It's easier to diaper a child who doesn't want a diaper than an infant who doesn't know how to work hands and feet yet? Your child is never taught anything, so nanny doesn't have to design a curriculum, do crafts or anything similar? Oh, and mustn't forget, it's easier to get things done with a child who wants to be independent by saying no and asking zillions of questions than simply moving a non-mobile infant?
