There is a iMac set up at a nook in our kitchen that I showed her how to use during orientation.  I actually encouraged her to use it for ideas and research etc or if she wants to make a certain mix cd for the kids playroom.  Also we have the music channels on our cable plan and I showed her those because I tend to listen to the kids channels for music when they are up and about and classical for myself.

Guess I should've said all of this in the op.  We also have a home phone.  These are the reasons I'm wondering if she just wants it to fool around all day?  Shouldn't her data be enough for downtime? I don't really mind the wifi at all just wondering if her seeming to be annoyed at this situation means I left out something standard to hiring a nanny or something!? Lol. If we didn't have the same mobile company I wouldn't even wonder lol
