We have relatives another country and we have to report even Skype phone calls.[/quote] You have to report close and continuous contacts with non-US citizens. It has absolutely nothing to do with whether they are in the US legally. There are plenty of non-US citizens who are in the US legally (like those with green cards). You report them if you have close and continous contacts. [/quote]
