I don't care if my cleaning lady is fluent in Spanish, has a degree from Columbia (the country), and can teach yoga, she gets what she gets and thats it. Same with my nanny. I don't expect her to teach DD college level stuff, I don't want the baby to hear Spanish (preferring fluent English), etc.[/quote]
