Are you talking about putting it in a car you provide for the nanny or are you putting it in her car. If it's well hidden I'm guessing your not informing her is it just video or video and audio? I believe audio is illegal in some places. Also I would find out if video (audio or not) is legal. Depending on where you place the camera you could get views of surrounding people and their personal business. Also if the nanny has others in the car, hers or nanny car, and they are bring recorded with no knowledge. I would consult a lawyer[/quote]
