I am the MB with the nanny with a Masters in Liberal Arts and I'm pregnant with my second child so the nanny will be caring and teacher the new baby while DS is in preschool. When they both are in elementary school, we will work out a new schedule or our wonderful nanny will move on to another family. All nanny jobs end (as our nanny pointed out). Hopefully she will always be involved in our children's lives. [/quote]
