NP here and this describes our nanny as well except she doesn't have a degree in education - she was a history major and went on to get her masters in liberal arts.  She is getting her second masters in Early Childhood Education.  She is also an older woman that everyone assumes is my child's grandmother!

I love how she teaches and plays with my child.  I did not want a maid either and am always surprised by people who do.  [/quote]
