GL.[/quote] You really have no idea why someone works, and it isn't your place to judge the importance of that work. Maybe she is working toward a financial goal, maybe this is one of a few jobs and she does in fact need it to support herself. Notice is always warranted when possible to offer. I agree that 2-4 weeks is appropriate. [/quote]
