About 4 out of 7 nannies we interviewed brought someone with them- sister, friend, son. So that's an idea.
Weird. And you somehow attracted 4 strange people to your job listing, might want to rewrite that bad boy.
I have no idea what your comment means. I didn't post a listing- these were all references. But two nannies didn't drive so their family member came in when her. I made them Coffee and they just sat and we all chatte for a few minutes before starting the interview. The other two were referred by a friends nanny and that nanny accompanied them. I didn't think it was a big deal or strange and frankly seems like a good idea for someone interviewing with a stranger.
Your lie makes no sense. If friends and family recommended these people to you why would they come with backup? Surely this common connection called their nanny friend to let them know they recommended them to you and that you are a wonderful person, well except for the pathological lying problem.
