But two nannies didn't drive so their family member came in when her. I made them Coffee and they just sat and we all chatte for a few minutes before starting the interview. The other two were referred by a friends nanny and that nanny accompanied them. I didn't think it was a big deal or strange and frankly seems like a good idea for someone interviewing with a stranger. [/quote]
