You've never bumped something in your car?  If not, you are a better person than most.
The fact that she hit a mailbox while backing out of an unfamiliar driveway at night doesn't mean she is an unsafe driver.
If I made a mistake like this and you callede incompetent, told me you wouldn't use me anymore and asked me to replace your mailbox, I'd tell you where to stick it.  This is hardly incompetence.

The fact that she his any mailbox backing out of any driveway at any time of day or night proves she is incompetent.... mailboxes are not situated in the middle of a driveway, they are in the grass. I don't need to know where a mailbox is to not hit it.[/quote]
