Op here, 
I actually have a nanny job with a Christian family ( mainly because that was what I was looking for )
It would have been hard on me if I went with a family to only realize later on that they did not want me praying over my meals or praying over a hurt sick or sad child or talking about the bible ( bedtime stories ) 
It works out better for everyone that I am upfront about my beliefs because it plays a big part in my day to day life.

One of the pp nanny posters.  I am a Christian nanny never would I ever pray or talk about the Bible with my charges unless I was asked to do this.  I just don't think is appropriate or even right to do as a Christian. 
I don't actively seek to work for Christian families either when I have worked with Christian. families it is different we can connect on a different level, but I don't feel my role as a Christian is to surround myself with only other Christians or to "preach at" people .
I live my life one way and alot of that has to do with my faith and if people ask I have no problem telling, but I don't take that choice away from them.

Op here again,
I don't "Preach at People" telling children a bible story at bedtime is hardly being Preachy. There are a lot of good values you can learn from most all of the stories.
I have worked for a family who did not practice Christianity and I respected that. I did not talk about it with their children but I did still pray over my meals while at their house ( just in away that would not cause questions or I would eat while they slept )
As for surrounding my self with other Christians I have lots of friends who are not Christians you don't have to believe what I believe for me to be friends with you or talk to you.
I think that the reason I chose to work for a Christian family this time was because I enjoy talking about my faith and praying and reading the bible and its cool to have a Awesome family that respects and appreciates that.
Also PP, you mentioned that " I just don't think is appropriate or even right to do as a Christian " My question to you is are we not called as believers of Jesus Christ to go fourth and share that gospel? Mind you I am NOT saying that if your family did not want you to then you still do it. I am more just trying to figure out why you think it is wrong to share our faith if it is exactly what we are called to do. 
For me personally I like to live out my faith so that people ask why rather then "Preach at People" I think that in todays society people do not handle it well if you are preachy with them. I would rather show them Christ's love for them then try to condemn them.

PP,  please don't take what I said as being rude or hurtful I really am just wondering.
I am really not trying to cause any issues I am more just curious as to what you think. And I am grateful that we are all allowed to share our opinions with others.

Also thanks to all who have answered so far its cool to see how others feel about this.
