Plus she also naps about 4 to 6 hours of the 40.  So I would say that the nanny has our oldest child about 20 hours a week.  Obviously, the nanny is still on duty while our kids are sleeping but it's not as difficult as having both there full time with no naps.

Next year our oldest will be going to PT preschool 5 days a week and our infant will be about 18 months, so I think it'll get a lot easier for our nanny.[/quote]
