You post on every thread this same "you get what you pay for" nonsense, whether it is pertinent to the discussion or not. It's tiresome. It's also not true. There are amazing $16/hr nannies and there are crummy $25/hr nannies. OP didn't discuss what she pays her nanny. It's irrelevant. She posted a sweet story about how aware and invested her nanny is in her child's interests. I agree with the PP that in many ways it is nanny 101, but it is still nice to hear about a nanny invested in her job and it makes a parent feel good to find a nanny doing something like this.[/quote]
