Honestly, I think it just comes off as bragging. You are offering a standard nanny position, no odd requests, zero extra duties, for well above average pay and excellent benefits. And you are unable to tell if it's a good package? Really?[/quote]

I have some friends who also employ a nanny and one of them reminds me of this woman. I feel sorry for her future nanny because she will think her compensation package is so above the board that nanny is lucky to have them and will be insufferable with her requests and expectations.
