I would have a serious talk with her ASAP. Let her know that she needs to decide what she wants to do. But if she decides to continue with your family, she will need to work on her work ethic. You know she is capable because you have seen how efficient she has been before. She needs to show up ON TIME and complete her responsibilities to the best of her abilities. She needs to come into work each and every day well-rested and prepared to give her all.

Unless she can promise you that, then you will have no other choice but to find a replacement.[/quote]
