These domestic jobs often have elements of one job description or another, and are not set in stone. Please don't act like nannying, a profesison that has no educational requirements, no licensing, and nearly complete autonomy (compared to being in an office with coworkers and several bosses) in the course of a day, is so universally pre-determined. People advertise for what they need. If someone accepts a job but doesn't want to do the duties specified, that is their issue and they risk losing their job as this foolish nanny did. She is lucky.
