I would never offer a job on the spot but if I really loved a candidate I would try to be back in touch within two days at the most - especially if I knew she was interviewing with other families. Another MB here and I agree. I don't mind knowing you have other interviews, but I wouldn't let that pressure me into making a choice before I had a chance to interview all the candidates that may be a fit for my family.

There are many great nanny candidates in this area to choose from, so I have no need to hurry my process.[/quote]
