Yes, MB is advertising for a family to join her share. The families responding are inviting OP's MB to join their shares instead. These other families already have nannies they want to keep. Because these other families are as good to their nannies as OP's MB is to her. They want OP's MB to join their share with their awesome nanny. What's wrong with that? These families don't know OP. They know their nannies, who they value highly.

You sound  ridiculous   these families don't know me or my boss so why try to persuade  her to give me the axe? Your comment makes no sense what so ever.
