Why would you want to assume that every employer is a "good" employer? Your personal standard of ethics isn't a common trait among nanny employers in our society.

I've been in this field for quite a few years, so I've directly experienced both the good and the bad. I will always appreciate the good employers I've been blessed to have. As for the bad ones, I've learned a lot from them too.
