Nannies are FSLA hourly workers, entitled to OT pay after 40 hours, defined as 1.5 times their base rate. The number of people on here spouting out and out incorrect BS is astounding. [/quote] No they are entitled to OT past their scheduled hours, which may be more than 40. So if this nanny agreed to and scheduled herself for 60 hours a week then she doesn't get time and a half OT.[/quote]
